RETURNS POLICY

We hope you’re delighted with your handcrafted piece of art. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, or if your item has arrived faulty or damaged in transit, please email us at info@mickarthome.com with a photograph of the damage, and we’ll do our best to put things right.

 

If you’ve simply changed your mind, you’re welcome to return the item for an exchange or refund. Kindly get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for the return. Please note that custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or have been damaged in transit.

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. As each piece is made to order, we kindly ask that you choose carefully before making a purchase. Please be aware that return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service for your return.
