We hope you love your hand created piece of art. If you are not 100% happy with your order, your item arrived faulty or damaged in transit please email us: info@mickarthome.com with a photo of the damaged artwork and we will make it right.

 

If you change your mind you can return your item for an exchange or a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with your order number and reason for a refund. Please note that any custom or personalised products are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.

 

For all returns, items must be in their original condition and packaging. As we make everything to order we do ask you to choose carefully before you buy. Please note, all shipping costs of the return item are fully covered by the buyer. Insurance and tracking options for the shipping item should be provided.
