What Payment Methods do you accept ?We accept all major Credit, Debit cards (incl.Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express). We also accept bank transfers and ApplePay.

Do I have to pay in full while placing an order ?No, you do not have to pay the whole amount while ordering. You have the option to pay 50% now and the remaining 50% after the artwork will be ready to ship. If you would like to pay in this way, please contact us: info@mickarthome.com

What is your Delivery Time ?All of our paintings are fully hand crafted and made to order. It is specially made for you which makes our pieces unique. For this reason, the creation process may take some time. Once you place an order, our artist will carefully create your artwork. We only dispatch the orders once the delivery date is confirmed by the customer. Most of the artists create their art within three to five weeks. Visit our outlet section to see what’s available now with a 24h delivery. Trade / B2B orders - please contact us for delivery times. *Please note that each artist has different delivery time frames. Therefore, times may vary depending on the size of your order, and frame selection, and during our busy periods. We will keep you updated and notify you when your order will be ready to dispatch to discuss a convenient delivery date.

How much does Delivery Cost ?We offer Free UK Delivery on all standard size artwork on our website. For all deliveries outside of the UK, please email info@mickarthome.com

Do you offer Exchange or Refunds ?Yes, if for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please email us: info@mickarthome.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund. Nevertheless, all shipping costs (delivery and collection) have to be covered by you.

Can I cancel my order?If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours after placing the order. Should you decide to cancel your order after this time, there will be a 20% cancellation fee since the artist has began working on your art. Please note that any custom orders or personalised products are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.

What about Faulty items ?If you have received an item that you believe is faulty, please email us: info@mickarthome.com with a complete description and pictures of the item within 24 hours of receiving your order.
