What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express. We also accept bank transfers and Apple Pay for your convenience.

Do I have to pay the full amount when placing an order?Not at all. You have the option to pay 50% upfront, with the remaining balance due once your artwork is ready for dispatch. If you'd like to use this payment option, simply contact us at info@mickarthome.com

What is your delivery time?Each piece is hand made to order, making every artwork truly unique. The creation process typically takes between 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the artist and complexity of the piece. We will confirm a delivery date with you before dispatch. For immediate availability, please visit our Outlet section for pieces ready to ship within 24 hours. If you're placing a trade or B2B order, please contact us for specific lead times. Please note: Timelines may vary depending on the artist, artwork size, framing choices, and seasonal demand. We will keep you informed throughout and confirm dispatch once your piece is ready.

How much does delivery cost?We offer free UK delivery on all standard-sized artwork listed on our website. For international deliveries, please contact us at info@mickarthome.com for a quote.

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?Yes, we do. If you're not fully satisfied with your artwork, please email info@mickarthome.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’re happy to offer an exchange or refund. Please note that return shipping costs (both delivery and collection) are covered by the customer.

Can I cancel my order?You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it by contacting us directly. If cancellation occurs after this period, a 20% cancellation fee will apply, as the artist may have already begun work on your piece. Please note that custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
